Privacy policy
This website processes personal data in one situation only: when you send us an enquiry through the form. Here is what we do with it.
Who processes your data
The controller is KERHART s.r.o., Company ID 07836988, registered office Okružní 988, 517 21 Týniště nad Orlicí, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, File 43248. For any questions about personal data, email filip@uctohub.cz or call +420 771 191 797.
What data and why
From the form we receive your name, email, optionally your phone number, and the details about your business you fill in (business type, approximate number of documents and employees, whether you have an accountant, whether you are VAT-registered, and your message). We use them only to reply to you and prepare a quote.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
How long we keep it
For as long as we handle your enquiry. If no cooperation follows, we delete the enquiry no later than 12 months after our last communication. If we start working together, further processing is governed by the contract and statutory periods.
Who has access
We do not sell your data or pass it on for marketing. Only these processors handle it technically:
- WEDOS Internet, a.s. – website hosting and sending the enquiry email,
- Google Ireland Limited – the mailbox that receives the enquiry (Google Workspace). Google may process data outside the EU, with safeguards under the GDPR.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are stored on our own server, so nothing is sent to third parties when you visit. For security reasons, the hosting provider may briefly keep technical access logs, such as IP addresses.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object. Just email us. If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz).
